The RMA option automatically will be disabled 3 days after the auction has been closed for all items. After the 3th day, we will NOT exchange or give store credit to any defective and/or damaged products with or without an RMA. All defective products must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging. We will not accept any returns that do not meet all of these requirements. NOTE: Attention any return package to: Return/Exchange Dept with the RMA number clearly labeled in front of the package. If the RMA is not on the envelope or if the RMA is not APPROVED , we will disregard the package and the package will be marked return to sender and returned to you.
