Yes. If you need a particular size you may request it when you place your order. Titanium, Tungsten, and Ceramic cannot be sized by your jeweler. Therefore, the rings made with these metals need to be purchased in the size you need. If you order the wrong size, you may exchange the item (see below for exchange policy).

I received my ring and it doesn't fit, or I don't like the width. Can I exchange it?
The reason we are able to offer our merchandise at such a great value is that we are partners with a factory in China. We are able to do all the designing and finish work here in the United States, but have the manufacturing done in our partner's factory. Because of this partnership, we are able to provide our customers with higher quality, lower prices, and better service than our competition.
Free shipping is for continental U.S. only. If you need the item shipped outside of the continental U.S. the price for USPS First Class Mail is $3. Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless other arrangements have been made.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days shipping time) is available for and extra $6.00.
We will not mark mark international packages as a gift.
There is a 3 business day processing time on most items before it is shipped. Normal (free) shipping is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and takes 3 to 10 days once the item is shipped, depending on the area you live in. This does not include weekends & holidays. We have found that international shipping is taking approximately 3 weeks to some areas.
On rare occasions we run out of stock on some items. If this happens, we will notify you via email and let you know when we will have the product back in stock. Typically, it is no longer than 4-5 weeks. If this happens, we will issue you a full refund, or you may wait for the product and receive a 10% discount code towards our website for the inconvenience.
If we receive an item back from the post office that is "refused" or marked "undeliverable", we will notify the customer via email. If the address was correct, the customer will be charged $5 for s/h to re-send the package or if the item is not claimed within 30 days, it will be assumed that the customer does not want the item and it will be returned to stock with no refund given. If the customer refuses the package, and decides that he/she wishes to get a refund, it will be considered a return and will be subject to the return policy below.
Customer satisfaction is very important to our success at Ashley's Jewelry. Therefore, we carry only high quality merchandise. We will accept exchanges/returns for a period of 30 days from the ship date. If we receive a refund or exchange request that is over 30 days old (from the date of purchase) or is not within our return/exchange guidelines explained below, we will send a bill for $6 s/h to send your original item back to you. If this amount is not paid within 30 days from the date of the money request, we will assume that you do not want the merchandise and return it to stock without any refund or exchange. All representations made about our products are based on the description provided to us by the manufacturer.
All items being returned for a refund or exchange require an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Please email us to receive this number and instructions. If this number is not on the outside of the package, it may be refused. Please review the following details regarding exchanges and refunds.

If any alterations have been made or the item has been worn, a refund will not be given and the customer will be responsible for shipping & handling costs incurred by Ashley's Jewelry in returning the item to the customer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, engraving, sizing, and damage due to negligence. Any credit or refund will be given on the item sale price less $6 if the original item was shipped USPS First Class Mail, or $8 if it was shipped USPS Priority Mail, or $25 if shipped USPS Express Mail. This includes free shipping items. If the item is found to be defective, the above will not apply and Ashley's Jewelry will give a 100% refund of the sale price.
