Shipping: You must call to notify us of any special shipping requests, otherwise your package will ship within one business day. We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, or other unstoppable events. All packages do NOT include insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer. We only use UPS & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area.
Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. Item(s) paid for on separate invoices will be shipped separately. (EX: 3 Invoices = 3 Shipments) If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment.
International Shipping: We welcome international customers to purchase our items. If you do not see a shipping quote to your country, please contact us and we will provide you with one. You must provide us with a correct shipping address in English upon purchasing an item. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not included in the sale price.
Purchasing Policy: Minnesota residents have to pay sales tax on all taxable items! Please make payment within 5 days of the purchase date. If you fail to make payment in that time period an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you. We accept PayPal for online transactions or cash and credit card upon in-store pickup. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes!
Return Policy: • Returnable items may be returned for exchange, in-store credit or refund within 14 days after item is received.
• Christmas gifts ordered from November 21th through December 25th can be returned through January 10th.
• All returns require prior authorization with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. Please e-mail or call for a RMA #. Any returns w/o a RMA # will not be processed.
• If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, customer may choose another item or customer can choose from in-store credit or refund.
• Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.
• Any items that are open, used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted.
• Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a 20% restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).
• All baseball style hats must be returned at least 6” tall. No envelopes or flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted.
• We do NOT pay for shipping on exchanged items to us & back to you.
• Country Cat strongly recommends using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
• All unaccepted returns can be shipped back at the customers’ expense or they will be abandoned with no refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
