I love this book, it is great for those looking for exercises that you can do at home on a restricted time and space and restricted gym equipments as it has heaps of exercises that do not require any or very minimal gym equipment. It also has specific work outs for focusing on a particular part of your body and it has whole workouts made up already if you do not really know where and how to start and how to keep going! includes a lot of background information as well as important facts that you need to know to achieve your goals. Lastly the instructions are super easy to understand and the pictures make it even easier to properly do the exercise to work the right group of muscles and to not injure yourself. ENJOY! a MUST buy
This book has exercises for all levels of fitness. I like it because it includes 15 minute workouts and total body workouts. The exercises are easy to follow and includes pictures of each step. I do not feel overwhelmed when trying to find an exercise. I just started exercising with the book and I plan to keep it up. Another plus is that the book stays open and does not close when I am trying to follow an exercise. It is a great book at a great price.

I love this book. The pages are all in color and give instructions on how to preform all the moves. It breaks up the workouts by body part & gives a description on the importance of the muscle groups. I have been working out since I was in high school but I love to be reminded of the importance of strenght training. Many of the exercises I have seen in magazines but some are new to me. One move is the plank with your feet on a stability ball; love this move ; a single-leg squat off a bench. The book gives many variations of squats, lunges, core moves, push ups, bench press, etc. Some moves are difficult but the book also includes moves for beginers. There's also recommended workouts, Q & A, & nutrition secrets. This a beatiful book & an excellent reference.
As a personal trainer, I am always looking for new ways to challenge clients. I was not disappointed when I opened this book and was greeted with colorful pictures on every page and excellent descriptions of exercises that will challenge clients and keep their workouts new everytime. It comes with Best Workouts for different situations, i.e. bridal, bikini, sports, etc. It also has a running plan, nutritional advice and a chapter devoted to questions about lifting weights specifically designed for women. Rodale got it right with this book.
