Great book to keep "on hand"
This is a great book to have around the house. It has a lot of simple and useful information for a variety of medical problems. The items you need can probably be found in your kitchen cabinets. There are also a lot of little tips and tricks included in each section. I would recommend this book to anyone who doesn't want to go to the doctor, or for anyone who doesn't like to take regular medications for simple problems.

Doctors Book of Home Remedies
I bought this book because I am very much interested in Preventive medicine, rather than currative. I also feel a need to learn all I can about preventive medicine and home remedies because I am allergic to all antibotics and 98% of all the prescription medicines I have taken in my life time, so it is a necessity that I learn everything I can about alternative medicines. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about home remedies and preventive medicines.
