This manual is has seen very little use over the ages. There is some minor scuffing on the front panel, but otherwise its in great shape. Its a single sheet with 3 folds.

Minnesota sales tax of 6.5% is required for instate shipments. A $5 Handling charge
is applied only to countries I do not currently do business with, or for large
items over 40lbs, or with a dimensional weight exceeding 96". Countries exempt from
the country specific handling charges are: US which includes territories, and APO,
FPO locations Canada, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Italy, Germany. Israel,
Egypt, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, India, Romania, Singapore, China, Thailand,
Japan, Austrailia, New Zealand. Mexico, Nicaragua, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador.

Preferred shipping is via USPS, but I also use Fedex and DHL. I can use UPS for an
extra $20 handling charge, and there may be a delay up to 5 business days as the
depot is some distance away.
I try to ship everything within two business days, unless otherwise specified in
the listing. In rare cases, shipping may be delayed for emergency travel or other
unforeseen circumstances. In such casees, shipments will go out on the following
Monday. In the event that shipping is delayed beyond 2 business days, you will be
alerted via email. Should you desire express shipping, I may be able to provide
same day shipping. However, same day shipping must be confirmed via email prior to
In the event, that you do not provide a valid USPS address, shipping will be put on
hold until you do so, or until 28 days have passed. After 28 days, your bid will be
cancelled, and the refund process minus a 15% restocking fee will begin.
Refunds & Returns
There are no returns possible for AS-IS items. I either lack the equipment or
experience to fully check the item, or it is not time efficient to do so. The end
result, is that the winning bid will be lower, as no one knows if the item works,
or not. Such items present some level of risk, but also offer the potential to be
great deals. Thus AS-IS items cannot be returned.
If an item is defective, and is not being sold AS-IS, email me for an RMA number
within 3 days of reciept. Items must be returned in the same condition and by the
same carrier as they arrived, and must be insured. I will either send another one,
or refund your bid excluding shipping if indeed it is defective, and it was not
damaged by you. I am the final judge as to customer damage, or defect, as well as
whether refund, or replacement action is chosen. I do realize that things can
happen and want to be fair. By the same token, some have abused this policy, and as
such, my judgement is final.
In the unusual and extremely rare case, that an item is not as described, excluding
of course AS-IS items, an RMA must be requested by email within 3 days. Items must
be returned in the same condition and by the same carrier as they arrived, and must
be insured. Upon arrival and satisfactory inspection for customer damage/abuse, and
an agreement, that the item was not as desribed, you will be issued a full refund
for your bid price, plus shipping charges both ways.
If by some chance, you are having buyers remorse, and the item was not sold AS-IS,
you must email me for an RMA within 3 days of reciept. In that case, a 15%
restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all shipping/insurance
costs. Items must be returned in the same condition and by the same carrier as they
arrived, and must be insured.
In the event, an item is returned damaged, or abused, it will be resold AS-IS, and
the buyers refund will be limited to 50% of the final sales price of the AS-IS
Email is the optimum method for contact. I return all emails within 48 hours, and
typically within 2 hours, except for during the hours of 0500-1400Z (I need to
sleep sometime...) If you do not get a reply in 12 hours, try again.
