Condition: Very Good The club is used, with normal face and sole wear. It has no dings, dents, or major scratches. It does have a few tiny nicks where the face and the crown meet (see picture). There are also a few light scuffings on the clearcoat of the crown. The scuff marks on the crown you see in the pictures are only reflection from the windows and some of the stuff in the room. The shaft and the grip are in very good condition. The clubhead size is 460cc. The club you see in the photos is the actual club for the auction. We don't use stock photos for all the used clubs we sell.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We treat all our customers with respect, ship their items as fast as we can (mostly within 24 hours or the same day), communicate with them, and will solve any problems they may have with their purchases. However, as some of you may have already known, all sellers have the capability to block bidders they don't want to deal with. Auction Policy: We don't end our auction early and have no intention of doing so, no matter what the bidding price is. Please do not e-mail us with an offer to end the auction. E-mails requesting to end an auction early will not be entertained. Sorry, we don't accept biddings from international bidders. Read the description carefully before bidding. We describe all our items as accurate as possible. If you think that we might have forgotten something, please send us an e-mail and we'll try to fix it.

Communication: Communication is very important to us so that we can satisfactoryly complete the transaction. However, we found out through out the years, the number of our customers with invalid e-mail address is increasing. If you make your payment through Paypal, we will send an e-mail to confirm the payment/shipment to your Paypal's e-mail address. If you don't receive this e-mail within 24 hours , this would mean your Paypal's e-mail address is invalid or blocks incoming e-mails from us. If you contact us through ebay, we will reply to your ebay's e-mail address. So, please make sure that these e-mail addresses are valid so that we can complete the transaction smoothly without any glitches or misunderstanding.

Return Policy: There are only three situations of which we will accept returns:

(1) The item is different from what you won in the auction. In this case, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price plus shipping, both ways, or we will send you the correct item after the wrong item is returned at our cost.

(2) The item is damaged during shipping. We may require you to take pictures of the damaged item so that we can file an insurance claim from the post office. Once this is done we will refund you the purchase price and the shipping cost, both ways.

(3) You changed your mind or no longer interested in keeping the item. In this case, you are allowed to return the item if you agree to pay 15% restocking fee (minimum $15, maximum $40) less shipping/handling. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. However, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you (i.e. for new clubs the wrappers are still intact and have not been hit or used. For used clubs, they have not been hit). Item that have been used or hit (whether it is new or used), even once, is not returnable.

For all these three situations, you have to let us know, by e-mail, within 2 days of delivery your intention of returning the item. After 2 days, the sales is final and we can no longer accept returns.

Please understand that this is an auction and not a retail store, of which you would pay a full retail price. We don't set the price for the auction, you do. Therefore, our return policy cannot be similar to what offered by retail stores. Please make sure that you agree to these terms before placing your bids. Thank you for your understanding.
