Taye's GoKit drums have a sound that is direct and articulate, fat and sustaining. The sound is also slightly reduced in terms of dBs, making it ideal for smaller venues such as restaurants and churches. These portable drums record in a pinch and to top it off, they make great add-ons for a practice kit. The GoKit Fusion includes an 18" x 7-1/2" bass drum, three toms with scaled-down dimensions (12" x 6", 10" x 5-1/2", and 8" x 5") and a 13" x 5" snare that don't sacrifice tone; and a complete hardware pack featuring the DZ DrumRack. Cymbals sold separately.

Beginning with select basswood-birch shells, it's clear Taye didn't compromise on the drums' design. Consequently, while the bass drum is painlessly portable, it boasts broad tone with unforgettable punch. The snare yields a strong rimshot, and those ghost notes sizzle. The GoKit toms are shallow in depth, fast in response, and musical in character.

Funky looking, neo-modern, and edgy, GoKit drums will handle any music you throw at them, from drum 'n' bass to fusion to bop to Latin. They use the same shell construction as TourPro but are designed to be ultracompact and portable. Taye's entire GoKit fits into three included bags to carry in one trip and stow easily in small automobiles.

A very important feature on the GoKit bass drum is the SlideTrack. The SlideTrack allows two tom-toms to be positioned properly over the 7-1/2"-deep bass drum rather than having the toms too close to the drummer. This also avoids racking toms off the stands or including only one rack tom so it can be pushed to the side.

Taye's Drum Hardware Pack R features the DZ DrumRack made of rigid steel tubing finished in a durable and unique three-dimensional holographic swirl pattern. The hardware pack includes two 29" vertical tubes, one 29" horizontal tube, one 14" side tube, and two 20" T-legs with heavy-duty rubber feet. Taye's new polycarbonate RackClamps are strong, yet lightweight. Included are five TC1515 T-clamps, five RC1578 QuickRelease Clamps, three LD78105 tom L-arms, and two BA78 cymbal boom arms. Taken apart, Taye's GoKit and DZ DrumRack fit easily into the included GoKit Travel Bag Set of three bags.18" x 7-1/2" bass drum
