- The F-16 Turbo Spot requires one of the following methods for mounting to a studio strobe:
- For Photogenic Powerlights: Tallyn's highly recommends permanently mounting a Custom Gel Holder to the Photogenic standard reflector PL7R (comes standard with Powerlights) with rivets or screws. We also recomend Photogenic's 1000w/s Powerlight PL2500 for use of a full range of exposures in the studio.
- For Novatron: Notvatron lights require only 'Tallyn's Custom Gel Holder' for mounting.
- We are currently working on solutions for additional lighting systems including Alien Bees & White Lightning.

NO, We are currently UNABLE to ship outside the continental USA due to some restraints put on our Shipping Dept. Sorry No Exceptions !

Do you charge sales tax ?
Our Accountant says, we need ONLY charge Illinois Residents an 8% Sales Tax as per the law.
Do you ship outside USA?
No, our operations are confined to domestic (USA) sales only therefore we cannot export to Canada, Mexico, UK, Nigeria or any other non USA country regardless if buyers are willing to pay for extra shipping costs. If such a question comes to us via eBay message service, chances are, we will not respond. Our policy is shipping clearly stated here.
I am from another country but have a shipping address in the USA can I buy?
No, we have automatic filters set up with eBay all non USA buyers will be filtered.
I want the order shipped to another address other than the PayPal confirmed address in my order is this possible?
No, If you are paying with PayPal, in compliance with eBay and Paypal security memos all orders must be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address of the order.
Do you allow local pickup?
Yes, we operate out of Peoria, IL 61615. Normally, all eBay orders are to be shipped, but Local Pick-Up is an option. Please notify us BEFORE the auctions end that you wish to Locally Pick Up the item.
Do you accept Credit Cards and other non Paypal forms of payment?
YES, even though we accept PayPal as our primary form of online eBay payment, we also accept Credit Cards .
What Credit Cards do you accept ?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Please notify us through eBay Email and Message service to obtain a 1-800 phone number to call and give us your credit card information. We are obligated to verify all Credit Card purchases. We WILL screen and research EVERY Credit Card purchase. This may delay shipment 1 or 2 days.

When can I expect delivery?
Most orders are delivered within 2-6 “business” days from the day the eBay item leaves us. We ship UPS GROUND and / or Fed Ex. We do not have any guaranteed transit times from UPS or Fed Ex, so please allow at least 10 “business” days for delivery. All eBay sales are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY and shipped either on those weekdays or the following weekday. Second Day and Next Day Air Available, Email for Shipping Quote !
Are there additional charges to Alaska and Hawaii ?
Yes, please email for additional charges. We will consult UPS Services to get you a personal shipping quote ASAP.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box ?
No, UPS does NOT ship and deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with a UPS shippable address. In some parts of the country an official “911 Address” will work just fine.
What are the terms of sale and returns?
All sales are final and contractually binding. Please make sure of your purchase. Some, but NOT all of our items for eBay sale carry a 14 Day, Money Back guarantee. We also have a 90 day Working Warranty to protect against defective and unworking items. Defective merchandise will be exchanged or repaired at the seller’s prerogative. Please print out a receipt using your PayPal account for your records. If you must return an item, we insist on UPS or Fed Ex INSURED as the only carrier for the returned item. Any other parcel carrier may be subject to a non refund.

Can you help in technical, operational questions of products?
Since we are largely a Third Party seller than an end user we cannot guarantee accuracy of answering your questions or have the means to do so. All manufacturers have their own dedicated customer support group that have been specially trained for this purpose. Please refer to the Manufacturer for operational manuals and tutorials.
Is email communication your only means?
Yes, emails provide a written record of conversations or a paper trail which no human memory can surpass. Furthermore, we do not want to deal outside eBay due to it’s Buyer / Seller Policies.
