The lots for auction were purchased from Volusia County. I have not seen the lots and all the information that I have on the lots is as follows. The lots are located in the Lake Beresford Heights section of Orange City(see map). Each lot is 25 feet by 125 feet or combind 6,250 square feet. Electricity and telephone are in the subdivision but not to the lot. Water would be by well or refillable storage tank and sewer by septic or some approved alternative method. There are no outstanding taxes on the property, no Association fees or dues, and no maintenance fees of any kind. Taxes are approximately $15.00 per year for each lot.
