• FREE shipping will be offered with a majority of our inventory unless otherwise noted. In that case, a shipping discount will be offered for items purchased within 7 days of your first purchased item.
• We offer USPS services: First Class, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail. (Fedex and UPS available upon request)
• Please ask for a combined invoice when done shopping for accurate shipping fees.
• Your package will be shipped within 24/48 hours upon receipt of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once package is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• USPS (International first class and Priority Mail) services are offered.
• PLEASE NOTE: UPS offer a daily tracking service BUT their custom fees and taxes are more expensive and are additional costs that are not covered by the shipping cost. This service will not be used unless requested with the understanding that the purchaser will be responsible for the additional fees if applicable.
• Please email us ahead of time for a shipping quote. Once you are done shopping, please ask for a combined invoice in order to receive accurate shipping fees.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's Custom's Office to determine what additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Custom fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on Customs' forms, for doing so is against U.S. and international laws.

• We apologize ahead of time for inventory discrepancies due to software issues between sell site and seller. If a shortage occurs with the inventory, buyer will be notified, via email, ASAP.
• We describe the inventory to the best of our abilities. Please feel free to bring any information/picture discrepancy to our attention. Please make note, we can be contacted through the store site prior to a purchase if there is an issue.
• PLEASE NOTE: Due to the agreements we have with some manufacturers, we are required to use manufacturer information and/or stock photos. Sometimes a vendor may change the item’s packaging without prior notification. You will receive the item that was describe although the picture may be slightly different than the packaging.
