Unless stated otherwise, all tractor parts are subject to the manufacturer's 1 year warranty from the date of shipment to the end user. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts if returned to GLEMCO TRACTOR PARTS under prescribed policy.
This warranty shall apply to any tractor part properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions but shall be void if tractor part /product has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident or if used for a purpose for which tractor part/product is not designed, or which shall have been altered in any way so as to adversely affect its performance and reliability in the judgment of GLEMCO TRACTOR PARTS.
Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product.
Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund and will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.
All returned merchandise must include:
- Copy of invoice/packing slip
- Return Goods Authorization (RGA) code which can be obtained through us via e-mail or phone.
Returns for Electrical Parts
Returns can not be accepted on electrical parts under any circumstances except if we ship you a wrong item.
Please make sure that you are ordering the right item for your tractor before you place the order. If you are not sure that the item you are about to order will fit your tractor contact us we will get back to you in 1 business hour.
Please remember, you won't be be able to return or exchange the electrical items if you simply change your mind or if you have ordered the wrong item.
If part is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately we will try to help you on order to order basis.
Returns For Power Steering Kits
Power Steering Kits are great tools to convert 40-50 years old manual steering systems into very comfortable power steering systems. But when you are ordering Power Steering kits please pay extra attention to our return policy. PS kits are very complicated and have around 15-20 pieces in them. The tractors, they will be installed to, are around 40-50 years old. Please expect some occasional modifications, welding, cutting ...to install the kits.
Typically you should not need any modification however these tractors are old and hardly they still have their original parts. Through our webstores and Ebay store we sell around 5-6 Power Steering kits in a month and 80% of time we DO NOT face any problems. We do not want to scare you, but we would like to be pro-active and wanted to share our experience with you before you place the order.
If you are not satisfied, you can return the kit (if all parts are in good shape) but unless we shipped you a wrong item or defected part we can not pay for the return shipping.

Returns for International Orders
Returns are not accepted on international orders, however this might change due to your unique situation. If you have a problem with an order, please email us and we will work with you on order to order basis. Shipping can not be refunded on any accepted international returns.
