High Altitudes
Certain foil balloons cannot float in a high altitude. If you are located at a high altitude, please consider the following:

1. Balloons that are 21" or larger are more likely to float in high altitudes than 18" balloons.
2. 18" Balloons that have detailed designs use more inks, which may cause the balloons to be heavier and less likely to float in a high altitude. This is also true for all 2-sided, 18" designs.
3. 18" round-shaped balloons generally float better than heart, star, or other shaped balloons.

Payment

Please only purchase if you intend to pay for the item. An Unpaid Item Case will be filed with eBay if payment is not received within seven (7) days of purchase!  In the event you need to cancel your order after committing to buy, contact us immediately and make us aware of the situation.  We will not accept cancellation requests after and Unpaid Item Case has been initiated.

Michigan Residents: We are a licensed retailer located in Michigan and are required to collect and remit 6% sales tax on applicable items shipped to a Michigan location. Not all items are subject to sales tax. Please check each listing to determine taxability. If required, sales tax will be included in the total amount requested from the buyer during checkout. It will not be reflected in the auction price, shipping or handling charges.

Shipping

We strive to offer LOW shipping rates for ALL our customers! Please check each individual listing for shipping charges.  Orders will ship the SAME or NEXT business day after receipt of cleared payment. 

Combined Shipping Policy

We do offer combined shipping for multiple orders.  Purchase the items using 'Buy it Now', but don't pay right away!  Send us an Invoice Request or message via eBay when you are finished with your order.  We will combine the items, adjust the shipping prices, and send an invoice from which you can pay.

We are happy to provide a shipping quote for multiple items purchased… Send us a message via eBay and be sure to include the Item names, quantity desired, and shipping zip code (or country if outside the US).   

U.S. Shipping Policies

Delivery confirmation will be included in the shipping costs for all qualified packages shipped in the US.  **Some small, flat packages may be classified as letters. Delivery confirmation is not offered for USPS 1st Class Letters.

Import duties, taxes and charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  If you are concerned about additional costs, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding/buying.  We do not mark merchandise below value, or mark items as gifts - US and International Government regulations prohibit such behaviors.

Returns:  We will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement if the item is returned to us within seven (7) days of receipt in the original, unopened and resalable condition.  The original shipping cost is non-refundable.  The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.  Please email us for authorization prior to returning your item. Be sure to include the item number and reason for return.  Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
