Sizing
To determine the right size for your dog, please see the table below. “Chest Size” is the best measurement to use.
Simply measure right behind your dog’s front legs where the chest is largest.
 
Thundershirt is designed to be very adjustable to fit most any sized dog...from the 3 lb Chihuahuas to 200 lb Mastiffs! The best measurement to use for selecting the correct size is the CHEST SIZE. See the picture to the right of the size chart to help with measuring. If chest size is not readily available, your dog's weight may be used as a guideline. But the chest measurement is the most important.

Care
Thundershirt is made out of durable, washable fabric. When necessary, Thundershirt may be washed in a
regular cycle using regular laundry detergent and warm water.

We process your order as soon as it is received and do everything possible to have it shipped as soon as possible. Orders are shipped out to the buyer and should arrive within two weeks of the order date, Monday through Friday. We notify customers on out of stock items and/or backordered items that may take longer than two weeks to ship. We accept Paypal as a form of payment.
We usually ship via USPS but occasionally ship UPS or Fed Ex, depending on the size and weight of the package.
We accept exchanges as long as they are unused & must be in the original condition & packaging. We do not refund shipping costs to exchange your product (to mail back to us nor to mail the exchanged product). Charges will be paid by the buyer. If you need to exchange your product, please e-mail us with your purchase & what you are exchanging it for. We will send you an invoice for the shipping charge to have the new product mailed back to you.
Regarding returns of the Thundershirt. We are happy to take back the Thundershirt and will send you a refund to your Paypal account minus the original shipping costs from here to you.
