"Whoa… this record turned out to be a fun find. Why is blonde girl in the center of the photo look bored? I had to find out.
This is sort of a folk, light pop, bubble gum, easy listening, sort of a Jefferson Airplane thing... sound. Hey... I said... Whoa!
The results are whacky and unbelievable and I love it! There are many treasures on the vinyl... it was hard to pick a sample."

The Swingin’ Six were a folk/pop group comprised of four males, Steve Burnett (banjo-guitar-vocals), John Fisher (guitar-vocals), John Patrick Lanigan (guitar-vocals), Richard Nieves (bass-flute-vocals) and two females, Ann Rachel (vocals) and Carol Richards (vocals).
The group formed in January of 1966 and released this album for Decca in the spring of that year while playing the New York club circuit. The album features original tunes that were written by Burnett, Lanigan and Rachel along with some standards including “The Impossible Dream”, “I Met Him On Sunday” and “Leave My Woman Alone”.
