Papers

During the
period of debate over the ratification of the
Constitution, numerous independent local speeches and
articles were published all across the country.
Initially, many of the articles in opposition were
written under pseudonyms, such as “Brutus”, “Centinel”,
and “Federal Farmer”. Eventually, famous revolutionary
figures such as Patrick Henry came out publicly against
the Constitution. They argued that the strong national
government proposed by the Federalists was a threat to
the rights of individuals and that the President would
become a king. They objected to the federal court system
created by the proposed constitution. This produced a
phenomenal body of political writing; the best and most
influential of these articles and speeches were gathered
by historians into a collection known as the
Anti-Federalist Papers in allusion to the Federalist
Papers.

Player will be able to play this disk. Please consult
your CD player manual to find out if it can play an MP3
CD. You can also place this CD into your computer
and copy off the MP3 files to your machine and upload them
back to any MP3 Player and listen to your AudioBook through
your MP3 Player. In some cases, the AudioBook is too
large to fit on a CD and comes on a DVD MP3 disk. In
this case, you will need to copy the MP3 files to your PC
through your DVD-ROM drive. For DVD MP3 disks, that is
clearly noted in the item description.

All of our disks are shipped in plain
mailers in plain paper sleeves the next business mailing day
using USPS First Class Mail. The disks contain plain
text labeling that note the disk's title, our catalog number
for the disk, and our website address. The disk does not
come with any artwork. The disk does not come with a
plastic case. However, for those wishing to
create their own custom disks with artwork, we also include
some artwork images that are preloaded on the disk that you
can use to create your own custom CD's or DVD's.

We accept PayPal as our only form of
payment. We do not accept any other form of payment. Sorry, but no exceptions.

All items will be shipped within 1
business day to your PayPal address. We will only ship to your PayPal
verified address, (we do not review or ship to your ebay address, we
only look at your PayPal address). While this may
seem like a "customer unfriendly" policy, this is a fraud prevention
technique and is for the consumer's protection, as well as ours.
It is also per PayPal policy. If you do not hear from us,
please assume your package went out as promised. We will only
contact you if there is a problem. We typically do not send
out shipping notifications.

In an effort to keep our costs down, that are passed along as low
prices to you, all of our disks are packaged and shipped in economic
sleeves and mailers. There is no box and no artwork included! We do not believe in charging you an
extra 3 or 4 dollars like some people out there just to throw in a
25 cent plastic case.

TO USA CUSTOMERS: Most times, your package will arrive in about
5 days after we ship them depending on where you are at.
However, lately the Post Office it seems has not been very
cooperative with us and we've had a couple of customers wait a few
days longer than that. For that, we apologize. Please understand
that we cannot control the Post Office, so we can't guarantee a
delivery time. Please wait at least a week and half before you get
all upset with us. And if it still doesn't show up, contact us.
We've yet to knowingly have a customer who is not satisfied. The
only unhappy customers we have are those that don't bother to contact
us and don't give us a chance to fix the problem for them.
TO NON-USA CUSTOMERS: Same deal above, except your
packages typically have been taking about 2 weeks or so after we ship
them. We've noticed that maybe 20% of overseas customers have been
waiting as long as 4+ weeks for these shipments. The only
explanation we can come up with is that it must be stuck in some
container in some dock waiting on customs clearance. It happens,
and for those 20% of customers, we apologize, but there is very
little we can do about that. Your disk will arrive or we will replace
it.

Multiple items purchased by the same
customer may or may not be shipped in the same package, at our
discretion. We do not offer any additional discounts on
multiple items other than the ones noted above.

Every effort has been made to accurately describe
the contents of this collection. On very very rare occasions,
typographical errors may occur and we may make an innocent mistake. These items
are described to the very best of our abilities, and in as much
detail as possible.
Feedback Policy:
Please
offer us a chance to fix any problems before leaving us negative
feedback for any reason by emailing us first with your problem.
The only thing we ask from our customers is that if they have a
problem, that they give us a chance to fix the problem for them
before they leave bad feedback. If negative feedback is left
without any prior communication, we will assume you are no longer
interested in communicating and working things out.
WE VALUE
your positive feedback and will work hard to earn it from you.
We do not require any customers to leave us positive feedback, we do
not consider it to be a purchase requirement. We consider a
customer leaving us feedback, and feedback in general, to be a favor
of goodwill. Our feedback is automated through auctiva and

1. When your package arrives in satisfactory condition,
we ask you to leave
positive feedback so that we may close out the transaction.
2. An
auto-notification is sent to auctiva after your positive feedback is
received that the transaction is closed, and the system auto replies
with a positive feedback.
3. If you leave us
positive feedback, you should get a positive feedback in return
within a short time, sometimes a day or two at most. If you
leave a negative feedback, that situation is left for us to
individually review. Again, we ask that you contact us
first if you are contemplating negative feedback and inform us of
the problem.
4. We do not leave
feedback first. If you want positive feedback, please leave it
for us and the favor is returned 100% of the time. If you do
not leave us feedback, you will not get feedback from us.
5. Since all of our
products are set to immediate payment required, we can not evaluate
a buyer's payment time. The only thing we can evaluate is how
easy a buyer is to work with after the sale. In order for us
to do that, the transaction must be closed. For this reason,
we require a buyer close the transaction first by leaving feedback
so that we know we have successfully completed the deal.
We have developed this
policy to ensure that we do not spend time leaving feedback for
folks who do not bother to return the favor for us, as we have in
