Policies:

For any questions you might have regarding a listing or an item you purchased, please feel free to contact us at any time by using the ask a question link to the top right of the listing. Please allow for up to 24 hours for responses during weekdays and up to 48 hours over the weekend.

Payments: We currently accept paypal payments only. Once you completed your ebay checkout, you will be taken directly to paypal. You will then need to log into your paypal account to pay for the item.

Combining Orders: If you are purchasing multiple items, use the buy it now button on all the items you want to purchase. (Please only use the buy it now button once unless you want to purchase multiples of an item). After you are done purchasing all the items you want, we will combine the items for you into one order with only one shipping charge (please allow for up to 24 hours for us to combine your order and 48 hours over the weekend). Please keep in mind that if you purchase items with different shipping charges, the highest charge applies to your complete order.
Certain oversize items, such as frames do not apply for the flat rate shipping charge.

Shipping: Pay only one flat shipping rate regardless of how many items you purchase. If you purchase items with different shipping charges, the highest charge applies to all items.
All our items, unless you purchased express shipping, will ship via USPS first class, priority mail or via Fed Ex Ground.

Processing Times: We normally ship items within 2-3 days after we receive the payment. After that it usually takes an additional 3-7 days for the Post Office to deliver your items. Please understand that during peak times we may require between 7-10 business days before can can ship an item. If you require an item for a certain date, please contact us beforehand and we will let you know if we can get the item to you on time.

Express Shipping: If you select Express Shipping for your order, please be aware that this applies to the shipping service ONLY and not to our internal processing times. Even though we try to move express orders ahead in line, we give no guarantee that those orders will actually be processed faster.

Insurance: Shipping insurance is included in all shipments. Should an item arrive damaged, please do not throw the item or the packaging away before contacting us first. We will make sure to rectify the situation. In order to request a refund from the shipping carrier however, we may need to require digital images of the product and the packaging or the carrier may request the actual product in the original packaging to be made available for inspection.

Sales Tax: Sales tax at the rate of 7.975% applies Missouri (MO) buyers only. If the buyer is not located in MO but the recipient is located in MO, sales tax is still applicable.
