For international orders there may be local customs, duties, or taxes that are required to be paid. Please be aware that all countries have different methods and fees when a package enters a different country. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT INCLUDED within shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility when the item is received. If you are a buyer and unsure of what the customs charge may be, please contact your local customs office to find out what fees will need to be paid when the item enters your country.
International orders can take 10 or more business days to be received. Please be advised that the 10 days is an estimated time frame. Once an international order arrives at its local customs office, it is up to that customs office on when they choose to release the package to be shipped. This gap in shipping can delay the package's arrival, and we have no control on how long a local customs office chooses to hold up a package to be released. Most international packages do arrive in a timely fashion, but we do want to make all international buyers aware that this delay can happen based on a country's specific customs procedures.
