I love Denise Austin workouts because of the Cardio & Strength training segments is used. This kickboxing aerobic workout is fun and different from Taebo DVD's that I have, I like Taebo & I like this kickboxing workout also great compliment to each other.

Great workouts, especially for beginners/intermediates!
These are great workouts, especially for those who are beginners/low intermediates. The first one is more aerobically strenuous and is all cardio, and the second one is a circuit workout. As usual, Denise's cueing is an issue, but once you've done these a few times, you can anticipate what is coming next. All in all, a good value since you get two workouts on this DVD!

Is a great workout, absolutely not for begginers. It is so hard you can use it for months before you get bored of it. The combination with weights and kickboxing make this video excellent for men.

Excellent Workout
I think this is a great workout. It really gets your heart rate up and it is fun. Unlike some other workout videos, I enjoy the challenge of this one and also the fact that even after doing it several times it is still tough and you feel like you get a good workout.
