This product is in heavily used cosmetic condition, it reflects severe wear and tear, and displays major scratches, blemishes, and gouges. A large portion of the screen may be covered with scratches. Functionally certified and ready for activation.

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday. All items are shipped within 48 business hours if payment is received and processed by PayPal. We do not ship during major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Eve and Day. Economy Shipping is complementary on most items shipped within the U.S., however, we do charge shipping costs on a few of the products offered. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Alternative shipping options that may be available for your purchase include Standard and Expedited Shipping options.

We will soon be offering shipping to Canada via FedEx, however, we will be unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box in Canada will be canceled and refunded. We will also not offer replacements for Canadian orders.

Please note international customers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable to their order(s).

If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

At this time we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico. Please be advised that we will cancel and refund any order placed by a buyer with a Puerto Rico or APO/FPO mailing address.
