webers can be a pain in the a## if you dont do a few things like sanding the plates flat. use loctite red on all studs and use a sharp punch to put three small dents at the base of each carb stud to keep them from turning. let loctite sit overnight to cure before starting the engine. Meh. If you can find just the plates, buy that instead.
Maybe it's just me, but when you buy a vehicle specific part you would figure all the hardware would fit with it and it didn't. The studs were way too short, as were the flathead hex bolts... and the two studs in the front needed to be bolts. With nuts and washers. It was just really unfortunate, and I ended up having to spend more money than I should have honestly. Also, if you have the means to do so, get better gaskets or make your own with better material. It was really disappointing. if you don't know if it fits, don't advertise the product to be vehicle specific.Maybe it's just me, but when you buy a vehicle specific part you would figure all the hardware would fit with it and it didn't.
