We are proud to offer a 14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all of our products we sell. Refunds are available for any reason up to 14-Days from the date merc handise was received. Note, shipping charges are not refundable, customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, and a 15% restock fee applies
for all opened merchandise that is not defective.

After 14-Days, buyer must follow the product warranty policy if the item becomes defective. All items carry an unconditional 30-Day iCraveit warranty and carry a full replacement guarantee. Note, if we do not currently have the item in stock, a full refund will be given. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) and items that are abused are not returnable.

Before we can accept any returns, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be received from iCraveit Customer Care by sending an email through eBay's contact form. Our dedicated customer service staff will reply to your email within 1-business day. Note, our hours of operation is Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time.
