  • LISTING NOTATIONS: # or Letter following “USED, NEW, VINTAGE…” is my own coding to be sure I ship the correct item. You are bidding on one item, as pictured, unless otherwise noted in the description. If you notice the photo and description don’t match, please inform me and I will correct the listing. NOS = New, Old Stock and may be a floor model, shelf-worn or other item… read the description.
  • COMPUTATION: Please use the eBay "Shipping Calculator" in the Shipping/Payments tab. This is eBay's standard method to display the full and final cost of shipping an individual item. It is usually accurate. My standard practice is to charge retail carrier costs or less depending on the size and fragility of the item as well as materials and labor costs involved in getting your special product out the door.
  • COMBINED: I combine items for reduced shipping when possible. Sometimes the system is limited, in which case please inform me of your combined-item intention and I'll make it right for you; this may mean creating a special auction, revising the invoice or sometimes providing an immediate partial shipping refund.
  • SPEED: I generally ship within 1 Business Day of confirmed payment - see Alaska Notes. I use PayPal shipping whenever possible and you will find your tracking #'s with your payment details. No tracking available on International 1st Class. (Not my rule, USPS rule)
  • AUCTION vs. INVENTORY: I never use Reserve Price. You will usually do better to buy an auction item! There are 3 main reasons you may find a higher price in our inventory than when an item was on auction: 1) eBay charges a higher end fee 2) if an auction failed, I've lost my listing fee, sometimes more than once if it was relisted 3) once it leaves auction I must shelve the item, inventory it for long-term access and find other more immediate sources of income to pay for the next batch of goodies.
  • RETURN POLICY: No returns on dated or light-sensitive items unless item not as described; in which case I will refund purchase price plus shipping. All other items also fully refunded if not as described; otherwise 80% of purchase price only is refunded. You must inspect goods upon delivery and refuse delivery if items have been damaged in transit.
  • PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS: If you are still shopping, please wait until you are done, I will combine the invoices and shipping for you. I understand auction end-times may not go well with paycheck times – my 1st payment reminder goes out 10-days after an auction ends; an official eBay UPI report will be sent 3-5 days later if I don’t hear back from you. I am more flexible with Auction winners… if you “Buy It Now” you should expect to “Pay It Now” as well – please don’t use me as a layaway plan or hold-it-while-I-shop-around guy; this may cost me the sale to someone who has a more immediate need for the item.
  • ALASKA NOTES: Alaska Time is 4 hours behind Eastern Time (9am in New York City is 5am in Homer) be patient when asking questions. Packages may experience occasional delay both with me and with USPS, buyers will be notified. I am in Alaska for the adventure, not eBay, so, you may see the "away" message frequently - all orders placed during these times will get 1st priority upon my return to the computer. I rely on wireless internet access, as such there may be short unintended absences as well.  SALES TAX: 4% and 3.5% must be added as needed to buyers in Kenai/Homer tax districts. 
  • INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Be aware that some packages have taken 20+ Days to reach their final destination when using USPS 1st Class -- I suggest choosing USPS Priority. There have been times when the shipping calculator doesn't give all options, please message me and I'll try to find a shipping solution for you.  All international packages have the pre-filled customs information supplied directly by eBay.  Please understand that the purchase and shipping price does not include any VAT, duties or other fees levied by the recieveing jurisdiction; these are your responsibility.  Thank You for not asking me to put myself at risk.
