INTERNATIONAL

1. We ship to all over the world via EMS. If some places cannot be reached via EMS, we may use express or postal air parcel.

2. Tracking number will be given once the parcel is sent.

Please be notified that any and all international deliveries may be subject to shipping delays, customs delays or additional fees (VAT, customs duties, etc.); buyers are expected to pay all such fees. In the event that items/products/orders are seized by customs of buyers' countries, buyers are expected to pick up the items/products/orders by themselves. Return Policy

All items could be returned within 14 days of receiving. Upon receipt, If the product is found to be in an unreasonable condition, we reserve the right not to accept it.

If we send the wrong item, we will send replace part ASAP once we get your information and pictures.

For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item for carrier.

All products purchased from Our store are covered by a 6 months warranty. We will repair on the condition that the product can be rebuilt.

Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty, and therefore will be charged.
