You may return any part or product within 60 days of placing your order. All returns must include the original packaging. No warranty claims, exchanges, and/or refunds may be processed without all original materials being returned. All returns are subject to evaluation. Any items damaged because of incorrect installation will not be refunded. All returns must include a copy of your packing slip or your order number. Please contact us prior to returning your order if you don’t know your order number.
Abuse of Return Policy: Pandora's OEM reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
Hazmat Shipping: Including Appliance Cleaners: If the Product you are returning contains any combustible or otherwise hazardous materials, please contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship that product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.
Returns: Pack your return securely in the original box or package. Make sure to mail all items back using USPS. Other carriers such as UPS or FEDEX will not deliver to PO Boxes. If the item is too heavy and too costly to ship back using USPS then please contact us and we will offer a UPS drop address.

Refunds: Refunds will be credited on Thursdays each week. If your item is shipped and arrives at the post office on a Friday, it will not process until the following Thursday. When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount minus any Recovery Fees (See Details Below) for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax.

AVOID the Recovery Fee! Please note that appliance parts can look similar in many ways. If you're not sure whether or not a part you're ordering fits your model, please email us BEFORE you order. Include your model number and serial number. We can verify the part will fit your model to avoid costly recovery fees.
What is a Recovery / Handling Fee? The fees consist of processing, packaging (label, box, foam, packing slip), labor (employees involved in processing your order) and other costs associated with preparing your order for shipment. These fees also consist of the handling of the return, processing your refund, and restocking the item.
Defective Items: All defective items or reported to be defective must be sent back under the buyers expense for an exchange. If the item is determined to be defective by our service center then we will provide a shipment reimbursement. No fees will be associated on defective items and item(s) will be reshipped for no additional costs. All items damaged because of incorrect installation practices will not be refunded. All returns are subject to evaluation.
Unopened Items: The Recovery/Handling fee for unopened items is 15%.
Opened Items: The Recovery/Handling fee for opened items is 25%, unless the packaging is severely damaged or missing. (See below)
Parts RETURNED without Packaging: The Recovery/Handling fee for any part returned without packaging or packaging that is damaged beyond repair will be at least 50%, if any refund is granted. The part can no longer be sold as new and a warranty claim cannot be submitted without the original packaging.
Parts RETURNED without Original Materials: If a part is returned missing original parts or materials, a refund will not be authorized. The part can no longer be sold as new and a warranty claim cannot be submitted without the original packaging.
Parts RETURNED after the Return Policy window expires: If a part is returned after the Return Policy window without first being granted authorization by a Pandora's OEM Representative, a refund will not be authorized.
Electrical Parts: Opened electrical parts cannot be returned unless approved by a Pandora's OEM. All ELECTRICAL parts including, but not limited to, Switches, Timers, Control Boards, Compressors, Motors, and others that have been installed cannot be returned for a refund. However, if the item is alleged to be defective, Pandora's OEM may process a direct exchange for you. (See: Defective Items) The original packaging is required for an exchange. If the original packaging was discarded, an exchange cannot be granted.
Parts SOLD without Packaging: Some items are sold without packaging, or are simply bubble wrapped. Some Samsung, LG, and other parts are shipped to us without packaging from the manufacturer. If items are sold loose without enclosed packaging, the above fees will not apply to your order if returned in original condition. A 15% fee will still apply.
PART NUMBER DISCLAIMER: Manufacturers update part numbers often and without notice. Pandora's OEM will ship the most up-to-date part number per the manufacturer. If the customer receives a different part number than what was ordered, the customer can safely assume they are receiving an updated part number due to the previous part number being discontinued.
