We accept returns if all products are in their original condition and unopened, please return your item within seven days from the day you received it. Non-defective items: If your item has a defective fault or an error, please return the item back to us using standard postage with a small note with details of your order ID and the reason for your return, and we will happily refund the delivery charges. Or if you still have the original envelope simply reseal it, cross through your address and pop it in the post. The item will be returned to the sender (us).
