I have bought at least eight of the product in the photo. However, the product I received is quite different! The original was plush and cuddly and well made. The product I received had a coarse cloth robe which could not be removed from the doll. The hood could not be pulled over the head. Arms were stitched to the body. The hands and feet were different. The new product is not as well made or durable. I was quite disappointed and returned my purchases to the vendors--no problem on the returns. Pity that the company did not quality check the new products. What a disappointment!
