Ø  Terms of payment  @

o    Payment methods: Pay Pal Only, but e-checks are also OK through Pay Pal

o    Payment due within 30 days from the time of your first purchase.  This will save you money on larger orders, and give you the time to obtain the items you want over a longer period of time.

o    Problems with purchase like buying an item by mistake or general hardship can be fixed @. Just ask me and I will start the process to end the sale before shipping your items out. This will not work on items that have been already paid for and then shipped out.  In these cases I accept returns.

o    There will be a 9% dirty sales tax added to all Washington State orders.

Ø  Shipping Methods and Conditions  Q

o    I will ship your items out within 5 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment is completed or within 1 week including the weekend.  This includes Economy, Standard and Expedited Shipping.

o    Most items in my store will be listed with a flat shipping rate along with combined shipping rates for ease in calculating your shipping costs.   

o    Larger items may be shipped according to weight vs. destination.  These items can be combined shipped with other items too, but you may want to ask for an invoice.

o    Special Shipping terms for U.S. customers.

§  Standard (First Class) Shipping costs for this item is; $4.00

§  Combined Shipping for this item to be added to any U.S. order is; Free

§  All U.S. orders will include tracking with delivery confirmation.

§  On higher valued orders I will include Signature Confirmation for free.

o    Special Shipping terms for most International customers.  All prices are in U.S. currency.

§  Standard (First Class) Shipping costs for this item is; $7.50

§  Expedited (Express) Shipping costs for this item is; $40.00, includes tracking.

§  Combined Shipping for this item to be added to any international order is; $1.00

§  I am willing to work with you on any shipping request that you might have, like making invoices, giving quotes, gift, {optional registered mail, (costs extra $12.00)}, or other?

§  I keep all receipts, custom form numbers and tracking numbers in cases of lost orders in the mail.    

§ Tracking will be applied on larger orders at no extra cost.

§ Some items include tracking in the shipping costs, but other items can be combined shipped with them in one order.

§  Items shipping cost may vary to some countries to increase security and prevent loss of packages.

o    Special Shipping terms for Canada.  All prices are in U.S. currency.

§  Expedited (Express) Shipping costs for this item is; $32.00, includes tracking.

§  Combined Shipping for this item to be added to any Canadian order is $1.00

o    Special Shipping terms for Mexico: I will no longer be shipping to Mexico.

o    Packaging and Handling Costs.

§  This items Economy, Standard and Expedited handling cost is about $2.00 and covers the costs of the package, box or wrapping paper; package building materials; packing tapes, labels and printing ink; along with any extra packaging related materials to protect your item during transport; tape, bags, bubble or foam wrap, popcorn, or packaging paper.

§  Handling (Any labor and or Fuel Costs) are included in the price of the item.

Ø  Returns for U.S. and International customers  .

o    Original sales value of any item can be fully refundable upon request and return.  I accept return request anywhere within 30 days, there may be some exceptions due to shipping delays or customs. I will refund the cost of the item only.  Any other added shipping costs that was not part of the items original sale price is not refundable.  Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Ø  Items conditions.

·         Used items are usually cleaned and repackaged.

·         New and loose items are repackaged or wrapped in their own package to lower shipping costs.

·         I rarely grade items, but if I do it is in general to give you an idea to its condition.
