Stage 1 SPEC clutch kit, SPEC, good to 599lb feet of torque versus last years model at 425lb feet of torque. This clutch will fit any 5.7L LS-1 or LS-6 engines, including the following cars: 1998-2002 Chevy Camaro, 1997-2004 Chevy Corvette, 2004-2005 Pontiac GTO, 1998-2002 Pontiac Firebird and 1998-2002 Pontiac Trans-Am.

Stage One
These clutches are great as a replacement for the stock clutch, and engage as smooth with stock-like daily drivability, but are much higher quality with very good wear characteristics. They are also good for high performance street driving, or light drag strip action for bolt on naturally aspirated and mildly modified forced induction engines. The kit comes with a high clamp pressure plate, steel-backed and multi-compound woven organic clutch disc with a high torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearings and a tool.
The Stage 1 clutch is guaranteed to hold 599lb feet of torque at the flywheel, and will not break even when launching at 6,000 rpm. 6% sales tax applies to items shipped to Iowa
