Music has always been a part of the Leitz family. Founder Norman Leitz Sr. was a saxaphone player in the U.S. Coast Guard, and his wife co-founder Honey Leitz was a singer. Their love of music led them to start there very own music store in 1969. That was the year Leitz Music was born. Current owner Philip Leitz was only 12 years old than but he used his free time to help his Dad around the shop. Philip soon developed a love for music just like his dad. He chose the guitar to be his instrument of choice and helped convince Norman that they should sell guitars. That was a good choice! We have enjoyed being in a business we can love. We are passionate about the products we sell and take great care of the people we help. Payments: We accept paypal and all major credit cards for your purchase. We also can accept personal checks. Personal checks must clear before your product can be sent out. International Customers: No Returns on international orders! All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer!

Return Policy: We believe you will be 100 percent happy with your product. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item we will accept your item as a return within 14 days. The buyer is required to pay the return shipping and a 20 percent re-stocking fee to cover our initial costs. The item must also be in its original new condition with all original packing and materials. We accept defective items for return within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund or an exchange of the same item. Florida Residents: We are located in beautiful Panama City, Florida so all items shipped to Florida addresses will have the 6% state tax added to your purchase.

Shipping: We use Fed Ex for 90 percent of our shipping. We also use USPS for smaller items and UPS if you have to have it UPS. If you order from Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico your shipping fees will be higher! Please email us before purchasing and we will give you a quote. Our FedEx map can help you figure out when your package should arrive. Your item will be shipped out within 1 business day of your order.
