My podiatrist told me to get a pair of these, so I did. What a monumental waste of money and time! First off, these have to be MOLDED, they don't come pre-made for instant use. Secondly, you have to BOIL them in hot water!!! Yeah, you heard right! And those are the ONLY instructions you get!!!! "Place in boiling water"! Thats the extent of their instructions on how to mold these things to your feet! For the ridiculous price they charge, there shouldn't be ANY need for any kind of molding! And what kind of idiots make something like this that you have to BOIL IN WATER then form to your foot???!!!! Especially with extremely LIMITED and DANGEROUS instructions!?! Not worth it at all.

I read the description that the manufacturer provides and used that to determine my purchase. Big mistake. The insoles are so cheaply made and flimsy that you cannot insert them into the toe area without them curling up-very frustrating! I've had more success with $3 Dr. Scholl's from Walmart. Don't waste your money!
