SpectraFlair HOLOGRAPHIC PRISMATIC NAIL POLISH PIGMENT 1 gram of coarse grade

Finally, you can get some of the hottest nail polish additive on the market!  By adding a very small amount of this amazing pigment you are able to turn any polish into linear holographic polish, or make a holographic topcoat by adding it to clear polish.

This listing is for 1g of pigment (powder, coarse grade). 

This high quality pigment is made in US and the manufacturer also makes pigments used on US currency. $20 a gram is the lowest I can sell it for considering ebay and paypal fees and high price I pay for the pigment myself. It's very unique and you won't be able to find anything like it.

All my pigments are shipped in zip lock baggies, and I do put a little more than 1 gram so you don't loose any product. 

Instructions, info tips and tricks:

-On my pictures you can see the pigment mixed with clear suspension base. I added around 0.2 grams and achieved opaque silver look.

-You do need light to see the effect- sun or artificial. Unfortunately it's not going to look like on the pictures when you are in a dark room.

-When adding to colored nail polish- Less is more with this pigment- if you add too much it will make your polish gray. Make sure the polish is not too opaque. If it is- just add some clear to the mix. I think it looks great with metallic polishes

-If you want to make a top coat- Add a VERY tiny amount, shake, swatch, see if you like it, add more if needed. If you add to much it will cover the color you are wearing under it. The pigment will settle at the bottom of the bottle after a while, so mixing balls will help a lot. I use suspension base, but I know it's not easily available. Normal clear will work.

-Use a cuticle pusher or make a little spoon out of a drinking straw to put pigment in the bottle.

-You can make anywhere between 5 and 15 bottles of polish with 1 gram

-The difference between the grades is only particle size. Coarse grade looks most holographic.

-It is not cosmetic grade.

-Primary hazard associated with overexposure to this product is the potential for irritation of skin, eyes, and other contaminated tissue. If exposed to extremely high temperatures, the products of thermal decomposition may include irritating fumes and toxic gases (e.g., magnesium, fluorine and aluminum compounds).

-Reactivity hazards- Contact with water can form hydrogen gas; under this conditions, closed containers may rapture.

-Skin exposure- if this product contaminated the skin and irritation develops, immediately begin decontamination with running water.Remove exposed or contaminated clothing, taking care not to contaminate eyes. The contaminated individual must seek medical attention if adverse effects continue after flushing.

(I had this pigment on my skin many times, and had no reaction. I only had one person tell me they had allergic reaction. Pigment is completely safe after it is added to nail polish)

-Eye exposure- If dusts or vapors of this product enter the eyes, open eyes under gently running water and roll eyes or 20 minutes. Seek medical attention if adverse effect continues after flushing.

-Ingestion- If swallowed call physician or poison control. Do not induce vomiting. Drink milk, egg whites, or large quantities of water. Don't give diluents or induce vomiting on an unconscious, having convultions, or unable to swallow.

-Medical conditions aggravated by exposure- Pre-existing dermatitis, othe skin conditions and respiratory conditions may be aggravated by acute or chronic overexposure to this product.

-As with all chemicals, avoid getting this product on you or in you. Avoid breathing airborne dusts and vapors generated by this product. Do not eat or drink while using this product. 

-Specific uses- This product is for use as a colorant.
