- Over 95% of our packages leave our facility the same day that we receive payment.
- We have daily pickups and end-of-day drop-off's at a local FedEx facility.
- In addition, we hand deliver our USPS packages daily, directly to a major regional sorting facility that operates 24 hours a day, saving a full day or two of transit time.
- We offer Overnight and 2nd day shipping options in case you are stuck without a phone.
- Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge

Buy With Confidence
We Test, Test, and Retest Every Phone we sell to make sure that the physical condition of each phone is accurately described, as well as its functions and features. If there is a problem with one of our phones, just let us know within 14 days of the time you recieve it and we will gladly replace it for you.
- All returns must be authorized by Just Cellular's Customer Support team. We cannot accept a return unless it was authorized.
- Phones are only Guaranteed to be activated with the carrier stated.
- Returns will be for replacement only. Refunds will only be given if a replacement is not available.
All phones purchased through JustCellular are eligible to be protected bt a Squaretrade Warranty, which covers the phone for 2 years or more for a one time fee (NO DEDUCTBLE!) unlike warranty coverage plans through your carrier that will charge you a monthly fee and a $50 deductible on each claim. Squaretrade is the best way to protect you device.

Payment must be made within three (3) days of auction close. Your order will be processed after payment is received. You will be notified via email when you order is shipped.
