You are bidding on the trip of a life time! Fishing in Alaska isn't like other places, and FISHING in Petersburg isn't like fishing in any other place in Alaska. With protected waters rough water is but a memory of other trips. The fishing is within a short morning run out to the grey whale's Alaskan playground. Here we will fish for Silver or King Salmon, Halibut and Cod.
Our accommodations can fit groups of 4-8 fishermen per week. So bring your friends!
Your sleeping arrangements will be simple yet relaxing. As we sit around discussing the next's days fishing, you will be served amazing meals. This will be a "REEL" Alaskan adventure!
-3 days fishing for the following fish: Halibut, Silver
Salmon/Pink Salmon, cod, and catching shrimp/dungeness crab.
-4 nights stay in our lodge with three full meals(you will never go
hungry-and I love good food!), and your run of our
snack/drink cupboards.
-Transportation to and from the Airport
-Grunden rain gear if needed
-A Petersburg Sport Fishing survival bag-this will include a water
bottle, a small pocket knife, and a couple other little goodies
-All the fishing gear, tackle, and bait you will need-unless you want to
fly fish, then you will need to bring your own gear.(The Fly Fishing is to die for)
-Transportation into town one night during the week to enjoy the local scene
We always provide the opportunity for you to have your fish
processed and ready to ship for each of our clients. Typically it costs
about $300 per person depending on how much fish you take home. Our fish
processor charges $1.45 per pound, gutted, and headed.(I will arrange this for you.)
The fishing license can be purchased through me as well. You just have to provide a form of identification when you arrive and I
will take care of that.
