PAYMENT:
We accept only Paypal transactions. Item(s) will be shipped only to the address on the paypal payment (account). Payments must be received within 10 days from close of sale.
AFTER THE AUCTION:
If you do not receive your buyer notification or checkout instructions within 48 hours click here to contact us. Please include your eBay user id & auction number in all correspondence.
SHIPPING:
We will attempt to ship your merchandise from HAWAII within 5 days of payment receipt. Please allow extra shipping time due to the distance! Shipping costs include packaging, processing and handling. We offer combined shipping. Item(s) will be shipped with shipping service you selected in our Kyozou check-out.
International Shipping:
Shipments that value $250 USD or more will be shipped ONLY via FedEx or UPS. Please contact us for rates.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. (Normally, these charges are collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.) Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
OUR GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price. Shipping fees are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
