SHIPPING

International Buyers: 

Please wait until you receive an invoice from me.  There are currently software problems that are causing major shipping and handling charges for international buyers. 

2nd International Note:

  Please do not ask me to send this item as a gift, or to place a value of anything less than what you paid for it.  I print my labels/custom slips through the ebay/Pay Pal system.  The price information is carried from the auction to the customs slip.   International shipments are made at least twice a week.

3rd International Note:

  Your purchase may be subjecy to Vakued-Added-Tax (VAT), General Sales Tax (GST), customs duties, and other payments and impositions required by the law of your country.  Please consult with your accountant or tax advisor before bidding in any of our auctions.  The laws of your country may prohibit you from buying or importing out items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

I take evey precaution in wrapping and shipping. I have never had any problems with items arriving damaged. I learned my packaging skills while packing and shipping high value items for a living.

I combine shipping when possible.  Combined shipping is based on the total shipping weight of all items purchased plus the materials fee.  You do have to either wait for, or ask for a combined invoice.  Discounts are not given when you pay for each item individually.  Drop me an email when you are finished shopping, I can then verify the combined shipping weight (the software does not always get it right) and send you an invoice.

 INSURANCE:

Insurance is included on all items that sell for over $50.00.  The cost of the insurance will be added into the shipping and handling.    You receive the tracking number so know that you know the item has shipped.

Delivery confirmation is not an option, it is required, the cost is added to shipping. You are paying for shipping and packing materials along with the actual cost of postage.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship the same day your payment arrives.  Our cut-off time for shipment is 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time.  Otherwise it will go out the next business day.  We ship USPS First Class (items under 13 oz shipping weight), and Priority mail with delivery confirmation.  This typically takes 2-3 business days to most locations.  You will receive an email when your shipping label is printed with the delivery confirmation number and a link to the USPS web site, wheere you can track your shipment.

SALES TAX:

State and local taxes will be added to your winning bid if you live in California.  If you believe that you are exempt from sales tax, we will not waive sales tax unless you furnish us a completed and signed 'resale exemption certificate'.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

I have done my best to accurately and faithfully describe this item and will stand behind it. If you receive an item that is not exactly as described, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and explain why you feel that way. If we agree, you will return the item to us in exactly the condition it was when we delivered it to a 'common carrier," including all original tags. When we receive the item back from you, we will refund your winning bid amount, less sales taxes, shipping and delivery charges. If any itme is returned to us in a condition different from the condition it was in when we delivered it to a "common carrier," or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the sam as the item we shipped to you, we will notify you and return the item to you without a refund. Except for the above return and refund policy,

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Requests for returns or refunds made after 3 days of receipt of the item will be honored only in our sole discretion based on compelling evidence that we are at fault.
