All items are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. UPS shipments cannot go to a P.O. Box.
We ship Tuesday thru Friday. Packages are not shipped Saturday thru Monday.
Customer pick-ups are permitted during store hours (Tuesday - Saturday, 9a.m.- 6p.m.)
You have the option to buy insurance on
all packages. Please email for insurance amount after auction has ended
as it is based on value of item.
We will combine shipping whenever
possible. Please email us if you are waiting on multiple auctions to
end. Please wait for a combined invoice before
completing payment.

Refund Policy:
Unless stated in the description items
may show wear marks from being handled, used or shipped. We do our best
to test all the items in every way. Some batteries might need to be
charged or changed. If it’s not listed in the description or not in the
picture, you will not receive it.

sold AS-IS. We accept returns, within 7 days, only if the item was not
as described in the auction. Buyer must return the item and assume all
return costs. If you are purchasing an item that will be sent via USPS,
it is strongly recommended that you purchase postal insurance on that
item. The cost for insurance is an additional $1.00. Items that are
uninsured and are lost in the postal system cannot be refunded or
replaced. If items are returned, there is a 15% restocking fee based on
the purchase price of the item.
