The patented design of the SoleMates High Heeler™ is mechanically engineered to fit snugly on most heels and yet the flexible material grips securely without damaging the heel or compromising the aesthetics of the shoe.

SHIPPING

Please use the shipping calculator for S&H charges to your zip code/country. We ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment. Purchases on the weekend or holiday will ship on the next business day.

For our international buyers:
Please note that only 1 to 2 pairs of SoleMates can fit in a Small Flat Rate Priority Box or Express Mail Envelope. If purchasing more pairs, it can only go via regular Priority or Express Mail which is more expensive.
International First Class Mail is the least expensive shipping option but it does NOT include tracking and delivery time varies greatly from 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes even longer), depending on distance and Customs processing time. Only International Priority Mail (7 to 11 business days) and Express Mail (4 to 6 business days) include tracking and insurance. International first class mail shipments valued at $25 or more are insured but a waiting period of 45 days from date of shipment is needed before any claim can be filed. Please contact us if you have not received your package after 45 days so we can file the insurance claim.
CAUTION: Your Customs office MAY charge additional handling and importation fees with your purchase. We have no way of determining these fees beforehand and any such incidental charges will be for your account. Please contact your country's Customs office for estimated charges BEFORE making your purchase.
