BUY THIS BOOK - KEEP YOUR CHILD HEALTHY - NATURALLY
This series of books are just the best home health books on the market. The book is arranged alphabetically, and for each symptom it gives you conventional treatment, herbal, homeopathic, aroma, acupressure, alternative therapies, as well as complete dietary guidelines for what to eat whild you're ill. I've used the adult version for years, and bought copies for every one of my good friends and family. For example, a common ailment is sore throat. It gives you a complete reference for what could be causing it and how to remedy the ill with food, teas, massage, and the remedies work well. No pills, no doctors... better health in one book... get it. MR

Smart Medicine for a Healthier Child
This is a must have book for anyone with young children. It gives discriptions of most illnesses and then options for a variety of treatments, allopathic, herbal, homeopathic, and household remedies also. It is easy to read and VERY informative. Ideal for those of us who don't run to a doctor at the drop of a hat, and want to educate ourselves on the health of our children. It gives conventional options also, it really is a very interesting book, each type of remedy is listed for every illness. If you don't know about alternative medicine and would like to this is a Great Place to start. I received my first copy when my children were babies, my oldest is now eleven,I have refered to this book so many times over the years. I am now giving this book as gifts to new parents. As you can tell I highly recommend this resource!Read full review

Smart Medicine Smart Buy for Parents!
I love this book! When you look up a symptom/problem it gives a great variety of information. You can read all the treatment approaches and decide for yourself how to deal with the issue... Conventional Treatment, Dietary Guidelines, Nutritional Supplements, Herbal Treatment, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies, Acupressure, Diet and Nutrition & Prevention. This is a great book for a Mom who follows her instinct and trust in her ability to decide whats best for her child. Real information about Vaccinations, Side Effects and so much more! I would recomend this book to any Mother... I have five children and would have loved to have had this 16 years ago when my eldest was born! Would be a perfect gift for a new Mother or a pro... amazing book
This is a great book. saves time and money. I have a 5 month old and am using it constantly. It has everything from diaper rash to adhd etc. a must have if you are a mother. Each sickness, problem etc listed has conventional medicine treatment, homeopathic, and herbal. I find myself giving mothers advice from this book all the time.

Guide to conventional and homeopathic approaches
This book was recommended to me by someone who is a proponent of homeopathy. She suggested this guide for its offering of conventional and homeopathic treatments to a broad variety of childhood illnesses, etc. I have found it to be fairly comprehensive thus far.
