Shipping:

 Generators-Plus ships within 24 hours after payment is received (Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 4:30). Shipments will be sent by Fed Ex Ground to the address provided by Buyer. Incorrect/ inaccurate addresses may result in delays and/ or additional costs for delivery. Shipping is calculated based upon the average freight cost for the item’s weight. Discounts based upon Generators-Plus shipping volume have been passed on to the Buyer. Please contact Generators-Plus for combined shipping on multiple items.

Merchandise is guaranteed to be shipped NEW, IN BOX. Contact FedEx with delivery questions or problems, including delays in shipping or delivery problems. FedEx will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipment. Shipment will be left at your doorstep unless you provide FedEx with instructions otherwise.

Returns/ damages/ defects:

Items may be returned NEW, IN BOX, within seven (7) days after shipment is received. Buyer pays shipping costs. Please contact Generators-Plus for refund of the purchase price. Gas items once gassed or oiled, cannot be returned. The manufacturer will require the customer to visit a qualified service center for inspection.

Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of FedEx. Contact Generators-Plus to replace the item and file a claim with FedEx. Defective items will be serviced or replaced by Champion Power Equipment or one of its 5000 authorized service centers by calling 877-338-0999 8:30 to 5:00 PST Monday through Friday, or 562-204-1188 anytime.

Warranty:

Champion Power Equipment offers a two-year warranty on all its products. This warranty replaces any outdated warranty information shown on the box or in the owner’s manual.  Champion Power Equipment warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical and electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (parts and labor) and two (2) years (parts) from the original date of purchase (90 days (parts and labor) and 180 days (parts) for commercial & industrial use). Transportation charges on product submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
