30 Day Satisfaction
Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from date
of receipt to return most products for exchange or refund. Refunds
are issued for the amount of the merchandise only and will be refunded to
the original payment method. Customers will incur 15% restocking fee
for opened, non defective merchandise. Please note, shipping charges
will be deducted from refund.
Please make sure to keep all packaging
materials for at least 30 days. Products without complete packaging
cannot be returned.
Non Returnable Items
Some items we sell cannot be returned.
Please review:
TV’s 40” and larger, cut to length cables and
activated subscription based products.
Televisions
All televisions up to 37” in size may be returned for a full refund within
30 days of receipt. Opened and non defective items are subject to 15%
restocking fee, and customer will incur shipping cost. There are no
returns on televisions 40” and larger. For defective units, please
contact us for troubleshooting to help solve the problem. If we are unable
to help, we will arrange for an authorized technician to service the TV. If
problems still persist, we will assist you with replacing the TV.
Large Appliances
Large appliances, including, but not limited to; refrigerators, ovens,
dishwashers, washers, and dryers, deemed defective by an authorized service
technician, within 7 days of purchase, will be exchanged for the same model.
After 7 days, any defective appliance will be serviced by the manufacturer.
Media & Software
Opened media and software, including games, are non-refundable. Defective
software will be exchanged for the same title only, with-in 30 days.
Defective Returns
For the convenience of our valued customers we offer an easy to follow
return policy for defective items. Eligible defective products may be
returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date your product was
delivered. Defective products will be exchanged for the same model only.
Defective products must be returned in the original box and with all
prepackaged materials including any and all promotional materials shipped
with the product. The UPC label must be intact. The original product must be
returned no later than 10 days from receipt of your return authorization
number. The following products are not covered under our 30 day defective
return policy and will be covered exclusively by the manufacturers’
warranties: any oversized products shipped via motor freight, large
appliances, cellular phones, satellite products (DIRECTV, Sirius, XM), and
HDTV receivers. TVS 40” and larger will be serviced by a manufacturer
authorized service provider. Defective TVs 40” and larger that can not be
repaired will be replaced by their manufacturers.
Damaged Returns
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears
damaged upon receipt, simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company
has left and you realize that your package(s) is damaged, immediately
contact Contact Us. Concealed damages must be reported within 24 hours
of receipt. Exchanges are made for the same model only.
We do not ship refurbished,
reconditioned, or used products, unless otherwise stated.
