All Turquoise is rare and difficult to obtain, as well as being very expensive to mine and process. The Sleeping Beauty Turquoise mine, is without doubt, the largest Turquoise mine in the USA and possibly the world. The Sleeping Beauty Mines is located near Globe Arizona on the foothills of Sleeping Beauty Mountain. The mine has been in operation for over 40 years, 18 years by the present owners.

Sleeping Beauty Turquoise can be expected to increase in value in the future because of  world wide demand and ever increasing cost to mine and process.
