Attractive, practical, very good value.. Should be used with two sided tape or non-skid silicone to avoid slipping on stair. Used just as they come, they will get kicked and moved around on the stair..I put silicone pads on the oak stair, then stuck the rug tread to the silicone with two-sided carpet tape. Unlike the tape, the silicone does not mar or disfigure the oak stair.

I think if there was no border around the edges that these carpets might not slip as much as they do. I have 3 dogs, 15, 18 and 30 lbs, and each time they use the stairs, the carpets are moved. Not by much, but enough that I am forever straightening the carpets. My landlords are opposed to anything used to anchor, so... I will say this, they do cushion the steps, they look nice, they are washable, and they are better than nothing.

Opened the package and was nothing but carpet hair balls and lint on the steps. They move very easy on the hard wood floors so you almost slip when you walk on them. Would not recommend.

This product would have been okay for a little less money. I expected it to be a little thicker with a better backing.

What I received was a much darker shade with a thick hemmed border. I would only recommend this if the image was correct.
