UPS cannot ship to PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska is only available via UPS 2nd Day Air, please see the 'Shipping and payments' tab above for rates.

Bikes are shipped in factory direct containers and are partially assembled. Final assembly must be completed by a certified bicycle mechanic. Seller / Manufacturer are not responsible for improper assembly.

We ship each day at 11AM M-F. All orders placed by 10AM will ship Same Day, orders placed after 10AM will ship next day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
