Up for auction is a 3 Bedroom 1 Bath home. The house is 1281 square feet. I bought this house in august of last year intending to remodel parts of it and then rent it out, But I have no time to do that, there are no back taxes, and no liens of any kind on the property.
If you count the 2 rooms in the attic you could come up with 2 more bedrooms, I did not count them. The little room off the kitchen looks to have been a another bathroom, And without too much work could be a bathroom again.

You are bidding on the full purchase price of this property. Winning bidder will add a $650 closing fee to the winning bid to cover all costs associated with transferring this property including the deed  preparation, transfer tax, recording fees and all other closing costs. All of the fees required to get this property into your name will be paid with the $650 fee.  Once you are the winning bidder, your bid has become a binding contract to purchase this property.

I will transfer the property to the new owner via a Warranty Deed once funds clear my bank. I will also immediately send a scanned copy of the deed to the buyer at that time. The county will then send the original recorded deed back to the buyer once recorded

If you wanted to save money on the closing you can do so by "quick claim deed" and you can just pay whatever the cost is, I know its a whole lot cheaper... that is up to the Buyer, when I bought the house back in august of 2010 I got a warranty deed.     The Full payment within 48 hours still applies.
