Payments

When using PayPal, Hampton Jewelers will only ship to the confirmed PayPal address listed with your account and only when PayPal gives the OK to ship (usually immediately, but echecks may take some time to clear). PayPal is our preferred method of payment but Hampton Jewelers also accepts payment via credit card over the phone. Should you choose to pay with this method Hampton Jewelers will require a scan of your driver’s license (front and back) that must match the name and billing address of that credit card.  When paying with a credit card over the phone Hampton Jewelers will not ship until after payment has cleared into our bank account (usually 3-4 business days). For the safety of your purchase, Hampton Jewelers does not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday unless you email us specifically asking us to do so. If shipping internationally Hampton Jewelers absolutely will not put a lower price on the invoice. To do so is falsifying customs information and a violation of the law. Hampton Jewelers accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal.


Return or Exchange Policy

Hampton Jewelers offers a 14 day money back guarantee or a 90 day exchange.

14 Day Refund: Any item that is to be returned must be received by Hampton Jewelers within 14 days of the original date of purchase. A refund will not be given on items returned after the 14 day period from date of purchase but a store credit for exchanges will be available if the items are returned within 90 days of original date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the items are returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase, to pay all shipping costs (including insurance) and arrange for delivery confirmation. Hampton Jewelers is not responsible for any items lost or damaged when being returned to Hampton Jewelers.

90 Day Exchange: The buyer has the option to exchange their original purchase within 90 days. The buyer can exchange their original purchase with any item of jewelry that is in stock, or jewelry that Hampton Jewelers can special order from its designers. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the items are returned for exchange within 90 days from the original date of purchase, to pay all shipping costs (including insurance) and arrange for delivery confirmation. Hampton Jewelers is not responsible for any items lost or damaged when being returned to Hampton Jewelers.

Return/Exchange Terms and Conditions:  The buyer must pay in advance and is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all the original certificates of authenticity, diamond certifications, packaging, warranty papers, manuals and documents.
