Postage charge includes not only shipping cost (such as registered fee and postage) but also handling cost, delivery charge and packing charges time.
All sales come with 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, death on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund (including shipping).

- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.

- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Unwanted items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Answer: We currently offer a small discount for multiple purchases of filters, please see each listing for specific pricing information.
Question: Do you offer "next day" delivery or can I collect my purchase from you?
Answer: Currently there is no "next day" service and strictly no collections – deliveries only.
Question: What happens if my purchase fails to arrive?
Answer: Every chance must be given for the postal services to deliver the item – busy periods such as Christmas especially. Products are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to all Worldwide via International Airmail, this takes on average of five to fifteen working days to arrive and we are reliant on your local postal service once the goods have been dispatched, please be aware of this when ordering for special occasions such Christmas & birthdays.
Question: My item is damaged on arrival – what do I do?
Answer: Please contact us the day it arrives to report a damaged delivery. Every care is taken in packaging your item securely in quality, hardwearing postage bags or parcels.
Buyer Feedback
Our feedback is automated and will be submitted upon receiving the buyers positive comments. In very rare cases of the buyer being unhappy with their purchase please give us the opportunity to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. Where buyers fail to pay for their item, we will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process which may lead to the buyers suspension from eBay and leave negative feedback.
