This photograph was taken in August 2011 along the historic old National RN14 (now  the D14), at Buhy, between Saint Clair sur Epte and la Chapelle en Vexin, mid way zone between Paris and Rouen.

Pierre Marcel started his artistic career in the Art Deco district of Miami Beach, between 1986 and 2000

Our worldwide artist master Christo would have done this colorfull land art action? My objectif is modest, not solely artwork. It was creating social links. More colors than only the Vikings white and red sails were used to wrapp the round hay bales for the installation. I celebrate the local agricultural society, creating a link between the artists, the farmers and the public ( 14 000 cars and trucks use the route each day = an exhibit for minimum 14 000 visitors/days! )
