This is a used Siemens Cypress portable ultrasound machine that comes with one cardiac 3V2C transducer. The software level is version 12.20. It is in excellent working condition. It also comes with a hard carrying case. It has stress echo capabilities included with harmonic imaging in addition to network and Dicom. It is vascular ready with the addition of a vascular linear probe. It does not come with the stand alone (pedoff) probe, however this can be added to the system.
Acuson Cypress High Performance Echocardiography
Breakthroughs in Technology Miniaturization
Cypress system engineers pioneered technology miniaturization such as subsystems designed into software reprogrammable logic chips and high speed full resolution image transfer to the internal hard drive. Furthermore, advanced architectural partitioning allows the Cypress platform to provide large-system performance in a 19-pound portable system, without compromising diagnostic confidence, image quality or functionality.
Full Range of Capabilities
The Cypress system is a complete, full-featured echocardiography system that provides complete studies and outstanding image quality even on the most difficult to image patients. It offers a full range of features including:

Technology Migration
The Cypress system shares technological advances in probe technology that were first developed for the ultra-premium Sequoia® echocardiography platform, Acuson’s flagship product in ultrasound around the world. The 3V2c and 7V3c transducers used on the Cypress system were migrated from the Sequoia platform. Beamformer technology migrated from the premium performance SONOLINE Antares™ system provides additional performance in image quality, color, and Doppler.
Stress Echo
The Cypress system features unique advantages like post-capture ROI placement, Loop alignment, and Loop trimming. It provides quad screen review, routine and expanded protocols, and the option to save multiple loops for each view. The extensive image memory allows you to capture continuously and the system’s outstanding edge definition and penetration greatly increase your chances of a successful study.
Vascular Imaging Capable
The 7L3 wide bandwidth linear transducer offers high performance vascular capabilities for carotid studies as well as arterial and venous exams. The vascular package features advanced capabilities such as full beam-steering and low flow detection. It offers an intuitive calculations package for the best patient throughput, with comprehensive vascular patient reports, including carotids and upper and lower extremities.
Advancing Workflow with Digital Lab System Architecture
The Cypress system is an all-digital platform from its beamformer to its storage, acquisition, review, and transfer process. The patient management and operating system are Windows based, for familiar patient file and study management operation. Patient and study lists are easy to manage and can be batch transferred at the end of the day or between exams for increased workflow and patient throughput. Full network capabilities and multimedia outputs allow you to store studies digitally on the system, archive them to the integrated MO disc, export them over a DICOM network and convert data for use on a PC. The workflow solution is comprehensive and versatile. The Cypress platform is also compatible with other networking and archiving systems such as the ACUSON KinetDx® solutions.
In addition to its traditional use in echocardiography the Cypress is now equipped with high performance vascular capabilities.
· New wide-bandwidth linear transducer - a single probe solution for a full range of vascular studies
· Dedicated vascular controls: beamsteering, angle correction, spectrum invert
· Complete vascular calculations, including reports for carotid, and upper and lower extremities
· High quality, comprehensive arterial and venous exams
Wherever You Need It
The Cypress system is the smallest, lightest, high performance, phased array echo system ever built. Weighing in at just 19 pounds, with digital storage capacity for over 100 studies and network capabilities to send studies from remote locations, clinicians can perform complete echocardiography studies from almost anywhere. The Cypress system was designed for portability, durability and reliability, and to withstand the rigors of constant transportation. Internal system interconnects are minimized. Key components are shock mounted and the entire system sits inside a robust chassis. From hospital to office or from airplane to mountain village, the Cypress system will perform.
