We are required to collect an 8% Sales Tax from all New York State residents. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end. If payment is not received in a timely fashion, a non-paying buyer strike will be issued and the item will be relisted.
We will gladly combine shipping prices on multiple auctions. When you have finished bidding, please request an invoice from us. All of our shipping prices are carefully researched and non-negotiable. After your payment clears, we will ship your item within one to three business days, exluding weekends and holidays. We sell only to the US and Canada - NO exceptions. See below for more details.
American buyers:
Domestic orders are shipped primarily with UPS. If you'd like to ship on your UPS or FedEx account, please contact us BEFORE payment. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, there will be an additional fee added during checkout. All UPS shipments automatically generate an e-mail with the tracking number and are sent your Paypal address. If you don't see a message from "UPS QuantumView Notify," check your junk mail folder.
Canadian Buyers:
We ship all international orders via USPS. An email confirmation will be sent to you from USPS with the subject "Click and Ship." Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts." Please allow 16 business days for delivery as it takes time to clear customs.
Local Buyers:
Your winning auction paperwork MUST BE BROUGHT IN with you. Pick ups are welcome Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am and 3pm EST. Any palletized items being picked up will require a $30 prep fee. Items left more than 10 days will be relisted and may be subject to a restocking fee of $5.
This auction has a 7-day non-DOA (dead on arrival) return policy. This means it is guaranteed to power on when you receive it. If for some reason it does not, you can return it to us. After we have checked it against our inventory control system, we will test it, and if it's found to be defective, you full purchase price will be refunded MINUS the shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for ANY and ALL return shipping.
